Overall experience was perfect! Perfect location adjacent to the city center as well as Lisbon, and the room was spacious. We liked helpful staff and host. The bathroom with a tub was a bonus. Could see street from the window.

Stayed at this fancy place with air-conditioned rooms and a hot tub. Close to cool viewpoints and a pretty square. Definitely felt like a queen!

Apartment with exceptional price, totally worth it. Best possible location just next door to the center of the block, everything perfect. The venue was 5 minutes walk away from Nova Wine Bar. The bed was comfy, and had hypo-allergenic pillows;)))

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in the heart of Lisbon. It was great value for money, with its spacious, modern, and clean rooms. The facilities were excellent, and the complimentary bottle of wine and Nescafé pods added a nice touch. The early check-in option was very convenient, and the location was ideal, close to attractions and a main shopping street. The secure door access and lift were also a plus.

The location is incredible, very close to the city center. The staff are affable and lovely. It's a quiet atmosphere, perfect for walking around the city or taking the metro.

Silent and clean rooms with great facilities, I enjoyed staying here. A walk-in shower, dryers, and bath sheets were provided. Everything was perfect - must go there, I couldn't recommend more to anyone.

The apartment at Ando Living - Sao Nicolau Townhouse was surprisingly spacious and had a lovely layout. It was filled with natural light and had a comfortable and airy atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it great for self-catering and longer stays. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon, with easy access to the metro and being centrally located.

In terms of specific incidents, we had a small hiccup during our stay. On our second night, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment that seemed to be coming from the entrance/foyer area.

The location of this apartment is absolutely excellent, being very close to attractions and the main shopping street. the interior design is nice and the apartment is clean and tidy. It also has lift access and secure door access, which is great for guests with children.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon. The spacious and modern apartment was beautifully designed and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having a second WC was a luxury. The Ando Living team was responsive and helpful, allowing us to store our baggage before check-in and after check-out. we highly recommend this accommodation.
